America also has the best medical system in the world. Every year many patients from different countries of the world come to America for advanced medical care. Government system
Democratic
government exists in the United States. The US government has embraced
democracy from the beginning. Representative democracy is the principle of the
US government. In this representative democracy, the people elect their worthy
leaders on the basis of majority opinion in order to realize their rightful
rights. And on that basis a sound government system was formed. Which is a fair
and undisputed system of government elected on the basis of the ideology of the
majority of the people. The democratic U.S. government system is based on a
number of ideals. The ideologies are:
1. The people have to accept the opinion of the majority
without any hesitation.
2. The rights of minorities must be protected.
3. Must agree to abide by the rule of law adopted by the
government.
4. Citizens must ensure maximum freedom of expression.
No barriers can be created together. Everyone's opinion should be given equal
priority and every opinion should be evaluated properly considering its
rationality.
5. Everyone must be seen equally in the eyes of the law.
However, injustice cannot be given priority in any way. The law must take
appropriate action against injustice.
6. Finally, the government must be engaged in the service of the people in all circumstances without delay and in an impartial manner.
In order to implement those ideals, the democratic system of government in the United States has been formed with four components. These four elements are: (1) sovereignty of the people (2) representative government (3) test and balance of power (4) federal exclusion. These elements are playing an invaluable role in establishing sound democracy and a stable political system in the US government system.
The name of
the Legislative Assembly of the United States is Congress. The legislature of
this country has two chambers. The lower house is called the Representatives,
which has 435 members. And the name of the upper house is the Senate, the total
number of members of the Senate is 100. The minimum age for acquiring
citizenship in this country is 18 years. The highest court in the country is
the Supreme Court of the country. There are laws in this country and there is
also proper enforcement of the law. And so the pressure of irregularities and
corruption in the United States is much less. The Constitution of the United
States was enacted on September 17, 1787, but came into force on March 4, 1789.
From the moment the Constitution came into force until today, the US
Constitution has been amended many times, and the system of government has also
changed.
